Spelt Dinner Rolls Or Loaf

Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Arrowhead Spelt Flour (up to 5)
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt (optional) (up to 1)
  • 2 tsp Quick rising yeast (1 pk)
  • 1/4 c. Honey or possibly natural sweetener (optional)
  • 1 1/4 c. Hot water (120-130F)

Direcciones

  1. Mix yeast into 3 c. of flour. Stir oil, honey and salt in water. Add in liquids to dry mix. Mix to a smooth dough adding 1 more c. of flour.
  2. Kneed 5-7 min, adding more flour if too sticky. Shape into 12 balls or possibly 1 loaf. Place balls in oiled 9" pan or possibly loaf in oiled loaf pan. Place in hot oven (100 F) to rise till doubled ( about 30 min). Remove. Oil tops to keep the soft. Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake rolls 30 min, loaf 35 min, or possibly till done.
