Ingredientes

  • Potatoes, peeled [small cubes and fried golden] 2 kg
  • Garlic, peeled [minced finely] 100 grams
  • Coriander chiffonade 100 grams
  • Salt Taste
  • Black pepper 30 grams
  • White pepper 50 grams
  • Corn oil 30 grams
  • Olive oil 50 grams

Direcciones

  1. Fry garlic for one minute in corn oil and add coriander leaf and fry it with garlic adding white and black pepper at the end.
  2. Add this garlic, coriander, pepper mixture to the fried potatoes and finish with the raw olive oil.
  3. Adjust seasoning to taste.
