Potatoes, peeled [small cubes and fried golden] 2 kg

Garlic, peeled [minced finely] 100 grams

Coriander chiffonade 100 grams

Salt Taste

Black pepper 30 grams

White pepper 50 grams

Corn oil 30 grams

Olive oil 50 grams

Direcciones
- Fry garlic for one minute in corn oil and add coriander leaf and fry it with garlic adding white and black pepper at the end.
- Add this garlic, coriander, pepper mixture to the fried potatoes and finish with the raw olive oil.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
