Spiced Rice Vermicelli

Ingredientes

  • 1 lb rice vermicelli
  • 4 Tbsp. veg. oil
  • 3 x shallots, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. chilli paste
  • 3 Tbsp. dry shrimp, pounded
  • 1/2 lb bean sprouts

Direcciones

  1. Soak vermicelli in cool water to soften. Drain dry, blanch in boiling water for 30 secs and strain. Heat oil in wok and cook shallots, chilli paste and dry shrimp till fragrant.
  2. Add in vermicelli and bean sprouts and mix well. Remove from heat.
