Receta Spicy Beef Chuck Steak

- In 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in warm salad oil, cook chuck steaks till well browned on both sides.
- Meanwhile, in c., combine steak sauce, water, brown sugar, mustard and lemon juice till blended. Pour mix over steak; heat to boiling.
- Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer steak 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till fork- tender, turning steak once.
- To serve, with 2 pancake turners, remove steak to hot platter; garnish with parsley. With a spoon, skim fat from liquid in skillet and throw away.
- Pour liquid over steak or possibly serve separately.
