  • 1 x beef chuck underblade steak, about

  • 1/3 c. bottled steak sauce
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  •     parsley sprigs for garnish

Direcciones

  1. In 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in warm salad oil, cook chuck steaks till well browned on both sides.
  2. Meanwhile, in c., combine steak sauce, water, brown sugar, mustard and lemon juice till blended. Pour mix over steak; heat to boiling.
  3. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer steak 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till fork- tender, turning steak once.
  4. To serve, with 2 pancake turners, remove steak to hot platter; garnish with parsley. With a spoon, skim fat from liquid in skillet and throw away.
  5. Pour liquid over steak or possibly serve separately.
  6. Serves 8 to 10
