Ingredientes

  • For the chicken chop
  • 2 medium size chicken fillets - flattened to even the thickness
  • oil for frying
  • Seasoning (a)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • Pepper and salt for taste
  • Marinate chicken with these ingredients for at least 2 hours.
  • For the spicy sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 5 tbsp Thai chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp yogurt (smooth out to remove lumps)
  • For the mashed potatoes
  • 2 medium size potatoes - boiled till tender and mashed
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • Spring onions as needed - chopped
  • Mix and combine these ingredients together.

Direcciones

  1. Deep fry chicken pieces in hot oil.
  2. Remove and place on a serving plate.
  3. Melt butter and add all the ingredients for the sauce.
  4. Dish out and pour over fried chicken pieces.
  5. Serve with mashed potatoes.
