  • 1 lb. boneless chicken tenders
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggsbeaten
  • 1 cup Japanese-style bread crumbs or plain dry bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo hot sauce

Direcciones

  1. Toss chicken with flour in plastic bag. Dip chicken into eggs; then coat well with bread crumbs.
  2. Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high. Cook chicken 6 to 8 minutes until cooked and crispy, turning once.
  3. Dip or toss tenders into Buffalo hot Sauce.
  4. Serve immediately.
