Spicy Chicken Fondue

Ingredientes

  • 6 x boned and skinned chicken breasts
  • 4 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chilli pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 x onion finely minced
  • 2 tsp mild curry power
  • 3 tsp plain flour
  • 10 fl ounce ounce ounce / 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 6 tsp mango chutney
  •     salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Method:Cut chiken into 3/4 in pcs and mix with oil paprika and chilli pwdr.
  2. Place chicken on a serving plate. To make curry sauce heat oil in a saucepan. Add in onion and cook till soft. Stir in curry pwdr and cook for 2 min then stir inflour.
  3. Gradually stir in lowfat milk and bring slowly to the boil stirring all the time.
  4. COntinue to cook till sauce thickens. Simmer for 5 min then add in chutney and season with salt and pepper. Serve warm with the chicken cooked in the warm oil.
