Receta Spicy Chicken Fondue

Ingredientes
- 6 x boned and skinned chicken breasts
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chilli pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 x onion finely minced
- 2 tsp mild curry power
- 3 tsp plain flour
- 10 fl ounce ounce ounce / 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 6 tsp mango chutney
- Â Â salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Method:Cut chiken into 3/4 in pcs and mix with oil paprika and chilli pwdr.
- Place chicken on a serving plate. To make curry sauce heat oil in a saucepan. Add in onion and cook till soft. Stir in curry pwdr and cook for 2 min then stir inflour.
- Gradually stir in lowfat milk and bring slowly to the boil stirring all the time.
- COntinue to cook till sauce thickens. Simmer for 5 min then add in chutney and season with salt and pepper. Serve warm with the chicken cooked in the warm oil.
