Spicy Garlic Kangkong

A twist of my original kangkong with garlic. Spice up!

Ingredientes

  • 2 bunch of Kangkong leaves with stalks (sliced)
  • soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bulb of garlic (minced)
  • Chili slices/chili flakes
  • Olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Saute the garlic for a minute or 2.
  2. Add a bit of soy sauce and garlic powder, stir fry.
  3. Add in the the slicedKangkong stalks and let it cook for a minute or 2. Then add the sliced leaves. Stir fry.
  4. Add a bit of water and let it stir fry more.
  5. Add the chilies. Stir fry.
  6. Put into a platter and sprinkle with olive oil.
  7. Serve as side dish.
