A twist of my original kangkong with garlic. Spice up!

Direcciones

  1. Saute the garlic for a minute or 2.
  2. Add a bit of soy sauce and garlic powder, stir fry.
  3. Add in the the slicedKangkong stalks and let it cook for a minute or 2. Then add the sliced leaves. Stir fry.
  4. Add a bit of water and let it stir fry more.
  5. Add the chilies. Stir fry.
  6. Put into a platter and sprinkle with olive oil.
  7. Serve as side dish.

    This looks delicious and easy, I can't wait to try. Is KangKong easy to find? Is it sold in Asian markets?
