Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Oriental sesame oil
  • 2 tsp Chopped peeled fresh ginger
  • 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Chili oil, -Or possibly-
  • 1/4 tsp -Dry crushed red pepper
  • 2 x Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 x Carrot, peeled, shredded
  • 1/2 x Cucumber peeled, seeded, minced
  • 1/4 c. Minced fresh cilantro
