Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Tilapia fillets
  • 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1 tsp Onion pwdr
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
  • 1 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 6 x Garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 tsp Dry tarragon

Direcciones

  1. Spray grill rack with a non-stick coating. Rinse tilapia with cool water; p dry with paper towels. Combine spices and sprinkle on both sides of fillet Place on heated grill 4 to 5 inches from a warm fire. Cook 4-5 min per 1/2 inch measured at thickest point, turning once halfway through cooking time. Serve with Aioli.
  2. Aioli - Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Chill.
