Receta Spicy Grilled Tilapia With Aioli

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Tilapia fillets
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 1Â 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 6 x Garlic cloves, pressed
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3/4 tsp Dry tarragon
Direcciones
- Spray grill rack with a non-stick coating. Rinse tilapia with cool water; p dry with paper towels. Combine spices and sprinkle on both sides of fillet Place on heated grill 4 to 5 inches from a warm fire. Cook 4-5 min per 1/2 inch measured at thickest point, turning once halfway through cooking time. Serve with Aioli.
- Aioli - Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Chill.
