Receta Spicy Honey Lime Shrimp with Tropical Couscous

- For the shrimp: mix ingredients together in a bowl or resealable plastic bag. Add the shrimp to the bag and allow them to marinade. Don't leave them in the bag for more than 1/2 hour, you don't want the acid to cook the shrimp. After they are done marinading grill them for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- For the couscous add the coconut, almonds and zest and mix it in. Top with the fruit sections and shrimp. You can sprinkle additional almonds and coconut on top as a garnish.
