“Life is like a roller-caster ride. It has its ups and downs. But its your choice to scream or enjoy the ride.” By some sane unknown person. And honestly speaking I did scream out all the time. I did not enjoy the ride. Last few months were terrible for me, reasons were too personal to share. But with all honesty I mean it was really terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible. Thats five times and I guess it was enough.
So, this time I am making it short and crisp post. When you start writing after three months of break, words failed to entertain you. I am sure in my next post I will definitely will come back with some interesting stories.

%20Ginger%20(minced):%202%20tbsp%20Red%20chilli%20paste%20:%202%20tsp%20Chilli%20oil%20:%201%20tsp%20or%20more%20Tomato%20chilli%20sauce%20:%204%20tbsp%20Onion%20(minced):%206%20tsp%20or%20more%20Honey%20:%201%20tbsp%20White%20vinegar%20:%201%20tbsp%20Soy%20sauce:%201%20tbsp%20Salt%20to%20taste%20Cornflour%20:%201%20cup%20Oil%20for%20deep%20frying%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHold%20the%20knife%20at%20precise%2045%20degree%20angle%20to%20the%20baby%20corn%20and%20sliced%20them.%20Boil%20some%20water%20with%20salt%20and%20add%20the%20baby%20corn%20till%20they%20become%20soft,%20but%20still%20hold%20their%20crunchiness.%20Out%20of%20the%208-10%20dried%20red%20chillies,%20soak%204-5%20of%20them%20in%20water%20for%2030%20minutes.%20Make%20a%20paste%20of%20them.%20Keep%20one%20red%20chilli%20separate.%20And%20chop%20the%20remaining%20red%20chillies%20and%20saok%20them%20in%20sesaome%20or%20any%20other%20flavour%20oil%20for%20one%20day%20to%20make%20your%20instant%20chilli%20oil.%20Prepare%20a%20slurry%20like%20batter%20with%20red%20chilli%20paste%20and%20chilli%20oil.%20Marinate%20the%20baby%20corn%20in%20that%20batter%20for%202-3%20hours.%20In%20a%20plate%20spread%20the%20cornflour%20evenly%20and%20dust%20the%20marinated%20baby%20corn%20with%20cornflour.%20Make%20sure%20to%20evenly%20coat%20them.%20Heat%20oil%20in%20a%20pan%20and%20deep%20fry%20the%20baby%20corn.%20Once%20they%20turn%20beautiful%20golden%20brown,%20slotted%20them%20out%20from%20the%20oil%20and%20place%20them%20on%20a%20tissue%20paper%20to%20absorb%20the%20excess%20oil.%20Heat%20some%20oil%20in%20a%20pan.%20Slice%20one%20red%20chilli%20finely.%20Add%20the%20minced%20ginger,%20minced%20garlic%20and%20sliced%20red%20chilli%20in%20the%20hot%20oil.%20Let%20the%20garlic%20turn%20into%20light%20brown.%20Add%20the%20onions,%20let%20it%20fry%20for%20few%20minutes.%20Add%20the%20tomato%20chilli%20sauce,%20soy%20sauce,%20vinegar%20and%20honey.%20If%20you%20are%20using%20light%20soy%20sauce,%20you%20can%20skip%20the%20salt%20from%20the%20recipe.%20Let%20the%20sauce%20thicken%20slightly.%20Pour%20the%20sauce%20evenly%20over%20the%20deep%20fried%20baby%20corn.%20Toss%20it%20for%20even%20coating.%20Garnish%20with%20minced%20green%20scallions%20or%20cilantro%20and%20serve%20hot.%20%20%20To%20make%20chilli%20oil:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EChopped%20the%20dried%20red%20chilli%20finely%20and%20soak%20them%20in%20oil%20for%20one%20day%20or%20longer.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOil%20should%20just%20cover%20the%20chillies.%20Add%20more%20oil%20when%20the%20flavour%20releases.%20%203.2.1311%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEnjoy%20it%20with%20your%20evening%20cuppa%20of%20masala%20chai%20or%20as%20an%20appetizer.%20The%20photo%20is%20slightly%20blurred%20and%20has%20to%20be%20over%20edited.%20But%20the%20taste%20will%20be%20sharp.%20I%20promise.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EComing%20back%20soon%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESukanya%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
