Receta Spicy Thai Ground Meat With Basil

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Oil
- 12 ounce Grnd chicken, turkey, beef
- 3 x Green onions, minced
- Â Â Juice of 1/2 lime
- 2 x Garlic cloved, chopped
- 1 x Warm pepper, seeded, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Chili pasta with garlic
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 c. Basil, fresh, minced
- Â Â Cooked rice
Direcciones
- Heat oil in a wok on high heat. Add in chicken and stir fry 45 seconds. Add in garlic and warm pepper. Cook till the chicken is no longer pink, 2 or possibly 3 min. Add in green onion, lime juice, fish sauce, chili paste, and sugar.
- Stir fry 30 seconds. Add in basil immediately before removing from heat.
- Serve over rice.
