Ingredientes

  • 2 lrg field tomato
  • 1 bag spinach
  • 1/2 c. feta cheese
  • 1/2 x onion
  •     Vinaigrette
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp crushed or possibly minced garlic
  • 3 tsp finely minced shallot
  • 2 dsh black pepper
  • 1 pch salt
  • 1 Tbsp. minced chives
  • 1 tsp parsley, flakes
  • 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 dsh Worcestershire sauce

Direcciones

  1. Core both tomatoes and slice into wedges.
  2. Wash spinach and remove stems.
  3. Crumble feta onto spinach.
  4. Add in red onion and toss all ingredients together.
  5. Dress salad with vinaigrette at which time.
  6. Vinaigrette:Combine ingredients of vinagrette in separate small mixing bowl, whisk briskly, and chill till meal is to be served.
