  • 1 handful – Coriander leaves
  • 1 handful – Mint leaves
  • 2 no’s – Garlic (chopped)
  • 1/4 inch – Ginger (chopped)
  • 2 no’s – Green chillies Seasonings:
  • 2 tbsp - Oil
  • 2 tbsp - butter
  • 1 no - Clove
  • 1 no- Cinnamon
  • 1 no - Cardamom
  • 1 no - Bay leaf
  • 1/4 tsp - Fennel seeds
  • 1/4 tsp – Cumin seeds
