Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk, skim
  • 1/4 c. Chicken broth
  • 3/4 tsp Salt, divided
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 c. Ricotta cheese (part-skim)
  • 10 ounce Spinach, frgn, chpd, liquid removed
  • 2 ounce Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 8 x Manicotti shells*
  • 2 ounce Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk, skim
  • 1/4 c. Chicken broth
  • 3/4 tsp Salt, divided
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 c. Ricotta cheese (part-skim)
  • 10 ounce Spinach, frgn, chpd, liquid removed
  • 2 ounce Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 8 x Manicotti shells*
  • 2 ounce Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Direcciones

  1. Cook manicotti shells according to directions and drain. In small saucepan heat margarine over medium heat till bubbly and warm; add in flour and cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Reduce heat to low; gradually stir in lowfat milk and broth. Continue to stir and cook till mix is smooth; add in 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash each of pepper and nutmeg and let simmer, stirring occasionally, till mix is thickened, 10-15 min. While mix is
