Ingredientes

  • 1 x 16 ounce loaf white bread
  •     butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 sm red onion minced
  • 6 lrg hard-boiled Large eggs minced
  • 2 x 4 ounce cans shrimp liquid removed
  • 1 x 5 ounce can crab meat liquid removed
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 3/4 c. mayonnaise or possibly to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Cajun seasoning

Direcciones

  1. Remove crusts from each slice of bread; throw away crusts. Butter the slices. Cut each slice into small cubes and place in a large bowl. Toss the remaining ingredients with the bread cubes and chill overnight.
  2. NOTES : It is unreal how the bread disappears into the flavor and all you can taste is the shellfish!
