Receta Spread The Crabs Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 x 16 ounce loaf white bread
- Â Â butter or possibly margarine
- 1 sm red onion minced
- 6 lrg hard-boiled Large eggs minced
- 2 x 4 ounce cans shrimp liquid removed
- 1 x 5 ounce can crab meat liquid removed
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1Â 3/4 c. mayonnaise or possibly to taste
- 1/4 tsp Cajun seasoning
Direcciones
- Remove crusts from each slice of bread; throw away crusts. Butter the slices. Cut each slice into small cubes and place in a large bowl. Toss the remaining ingredients with the bread cubes and chill overnight.
- NOTES : It is unreal how the bread disappears into the flavor and all you can taste is the shellfish!
