Ingredientes

  • Any chunky veg - I used peppers Rosemary, corn, cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Whole squid
  • Garlic paste
  • Fresh chopped red chilli

Direcciones

  1. Soak the wooden kebab skewers in water so that they don't burn on the BBQ
  2. Skewer chunks of veg & halloumi cheese. Don't cut the cheese too small otherwise it just falls apart
  3. Then brush with oil and break up some of the rosemary and sprinkle on it
  4. Add the squid
  5. Squid mixture:
  6. mix up some olive oil, garlic paste and chopped chilli and paste onto the whole pieces of squid - you can also paste some inside
  7. marinade for 24 hours
  8. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and then put onto the BBQ.
