St. Louis World Series Baseball Barbecue Beer Bones

This delicious inexpensive meal goes well during social gatherings or watching TV. Once you tried this tasty dish you will look at the neck bone a bit differently.

Ingredientes

  • 1 large package of Beef Neck Bones
  • Garlic salt, pepper, house seasonings and paprika
  • 1 medium onion, peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups Maull's barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Orange Zest
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 shot of Ranger Creek Texas Bourbon Whiskey
  • 1 can of Budwiser beer

  2. Put meat in a large bowl. Pour Budwiser Beer over meat and let stand covered 12 hours in refrigerator, rotate 6 every hours.
  3. Barbeque Sauce Directions
  4. Over a medium heat, pour one bottle of Maull's Barbecue Sauce in a sauce pan. Slice green bell pepper and place in the sauce. Sprinkle in orange zest and add the shot of Ranger Creek Texas Bourbon. Bring to a light boil. Turn off heat and let stand for 15 minutes.
  5. Cooking Directions
  6. Prep time: 10 minutes - Cook time: 3 1/2 hours
  7. Place oven on broil . Sprinkle all sides of neck bones
  8. with dry seasonings and place in a 13-by-9-inch
  9. baking pan.
  10. Place oven on 350°F. Separate onion into rings and place
  11. on top of meat. Pour barbecue sauce over meat and onions. Cover with foil and bake for 3 1/2 hours. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes, Top with pan juices and cooked onions.
