Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp Unflavored gelatin
  • 1 Tbsp. Cool water
  • 1 c. Whipped cream
  •     Powdered sugar
  •     Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Soften 1 tsp. unflavored gelatin in Tbsp. cool water for 5 min. Heat till the gelatin melts. Add in to 1 c. whipping cream whisking till gelatin and cream are well blended. Refrigeratefor 1 hour. Beat with electric mixer till cream is thick and holds its shape. It will thicken even more as it sets in refrigerator. Will hold for 2-3 days. Sweeten with powdered sugar and vanilla
