Just 3 ingredients to this pure holiday yumminess! And you don’t need any fancy equipment either. The foamy milk is created in the blender in just 20 seconds. Each (12 oz) latte has 161 calories, 3 grams of fat and 4 Weight Watchers Points Plus. It’s much lower in fat and calories than a Starbucks Eggnog Latte made with nonfat milk.

Ingredientes

Cost per recipe $0.05 view details
  • ⅔ cup strong brewed coffee or decaf
  • ⅔ cup light eggnog
  • 1 package Splenda, Equal, Truvia (Stevia) or your favorite sugar substitute
  • Dash of nutmeg, for topping, optional

Direcciones

  1. Brew coffee stronger than usual. In a small pot, add light eggnog, sweetener and heat over medium high heat. Stir often until hot.
  2. Transfer to a blender and process for about 15-20 seconds until foamy. If you don’t have a blender, don’t worry. Just whisk the mixture in the pot continuously with a wire whisk until foamy. Pour brewed coffee into a coffee mug and pour hot milk mixture over coffee. Stir to blend.
  3. Top with nutmeg or cinnamon, if desired
