Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 T chopped fresh ginger
  • 2-3 lb chicken thighs and drumsticks

Direcciones

  1. Put together first 3 ingredients in shallow baking pan. Arrange chicken in dish in a single layer. Turn to coat well. Marinate 1/2 hour.Transfer chicken to large, heavy frying pan. Add in garlic and ginger and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 min. Turn occasionally.
  2. Uncover and simmer till chicken is tender. Remove chicken; reduce sauce. Sauce will become sticky. Return chicken to sauce. Serve.
