Receta Sticky Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 T chopped fresh ginger
- 2-3 lb chicken thighs and drumsticks
Direcciones
- Put together first 3 ingredients in shallow baking pan. Arrange chicken in dish in a single layer. Turn to coat well. Marinate 1/2 hour.Transfer chicken to large, heavy frying pan. Add in garlic and ginger and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 min. Turn occasionally.
- Uncover and simmer till chicken is tender. Remove chicken; reduce sauce. Sauce will become sticky. Return chicken to sauce. Serve.
