Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 lrg garlic clove peeled and chopped
  • 1 bn white asparagus stems peeled,
  •     thinly sliced diagonally
  • 1 Tbsp. fish sauce (nuoc mam)
  •     Freshly-grnd white pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over high heat and stir-fry the garlic till fragrant, about 1 minute. Add in the asparagus, season with fish sauce and pepper, and stir-fry till tender, about 7 min.
  2. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
