- 1 lrg garlic clove peeled and chopped
- 1 bn white asparagus stems peeled,

- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce (nuoc mam)
- Â Â Freshly-grnd white pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Heat the oil in a wok over high heat and stir-fry the garlic till fragrant, about 1 minute. Add in the asparagus, season with fish sauce and pepper, and stir-fry till tender, about 7 min.
