Stir Fried Dried Abalone With Oyster Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb Dry abalone
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Stock
  • 2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce

Direcciones

  1. Soak dry abalone and cut in 1/8-inch slices.
  2. Blend cornstarch and cool water to a paste.
  3. Heat oil. Stir in salt; then add in abalone slices; stir-fry to coat with oil.
  4. Add in stock and oyster sauce and cook, stirring, 1 minute. Then cover and cook 2 min more over medium heat.
  5. Stir in cornstarch paste to thicken and serve.
