Receta Stir Fried Dried Abalone With Oyster Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Dry abalone
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Stock
- 2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
Direcciones
- 1. Soak dry abalone and cut in 1/8-inch slices.
- 2. Blend cornstarch and cool water to a paste.
- 3. Heat oil. Stir in salt; then add in abalone slices; stir-fry to coat with oil.
- 4. Add in stock and oyster sauce and cook, stirring, 1 minute. Then cover and cook 2 min more over medium heat.
- 5. Stir in cornstarch paste to thicken and serve.
