Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped onion
  • 1 x Garlic clove chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Ginger
  • 1/8 tsp Warm pepper flakes
  • 1/4 c. Beer
  • 2 lb Venison steak thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Peanut oil

Direcciones

  1. Combine the first eight ingredients to make a marinade. Put the venison strips in a large ziplock bag and add in marinade. Put the bag in refrigerator for several hrs, turning occasionally.
  2. Heat the oil in a large deep skillet or possibly wok. Drain the venison. When oil is warm, put about 1/4 the venison in and stir fry over high heat for 2 to 3 min, till just done. Remove with slotted spoons to warm platter and fry the remaining meat in batches.
  3. Great as an appetizer or possibly main course.
