Stir-Fry Squid with Veggies

I like this recipe.I play with what veggies to use but my favorites are broccoli and cauli flowers.

Ingredientes

  • 1 lb squid (cleaned cut )
  • 3 tbsps sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 6 plum tomatoes
  • 4 tbsps peanut oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsps seasoning
  • 2 tsps sesame oil (asian)
  • 1 parsley leaves (fresh)

Direcciones

  1. Heat a wok over a high heat, then add the oil.
  2. When it is very hot and slightly smoking, add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 15 seconds then add the pepper strips and mangetout and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add all the remainder of the ingredients except the squid and sesame oil and season with 2 teaspoons of salt.
  4. Bring the mixture to the boil, give it a stir, then add the squid and mix well.
  5. Cook for 30 seconds more, stir in the sesame oil and serve at once.
