Ingredientes

  • 1 box Pillsbury White Cake Mix
  • 2 whole large eggs
  • 1 box Jello-No-Bake Cheese Cake (New York Style)
  • 1 quart. strawberries, sliced
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) Cold Whip
  • 1 T vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Mix cake mix with large eggs; follow directions on box. Divide into three round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 min.Prepare CRUST according to cheese cake directions and set aside.
  2. Blend lowfat milk, cream cheese, lowfat sour cream, Cool Whip, and vanilla in a large bowl and beat; gradually add in cheese cake mix. Blend till smooth.
  3. Layer white cake with filling and a layer of strawberries between each layer. Top with layer of cheese filling and strawberries. Cheese filling can also be used around outside.
  4. Fill pie crust with remaining cheese filling and chill.
