%20The%20strawberries%20have%20been%20looking%20so%20good%20in%20the%20grocery%20store%20so%20I%20knew%20a%20strawberry%20stuffed%20french%20toast%20was%20the%20way%20to%20go!%20I%20asked%20my%20wonderful%20husband%20to%20give%20it%20a%20taste%20even%20though%20he%20just%20ate%20dinner%20and%20usually%20isn't%20a%20big%20sweet%20fan.%20I%20practically%20had%20to%20pull%20him%20away%20before%20he%20ate%20it%20all!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EStart%20by%20dicing%20up%20your%20strawberries%20in%20a%20bowl.%20Add%20in%20the%20sugar%20and%20let%20them%20sit%20for%20about%205-10%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20shallow%20dish,%20whisk%20the%20eggs,%20milk,%20and%20cinnamon%20together.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHeat%202%20tablespoons%20of%20butter%20in%20a%20large%20pan%20or%20skillet%20over%20medium%20heat.%20(I%20used%20a%20cast%20iron%20skillet)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOnce%20the%20berries%20have%20marinated%20with%20the%20sugar,%20stir%20in%20the%20mascarpone%20cheese.%20(%20Go%20ahead%20and%20give%20this%20a%20taste,%20its%20DELICIOUS!)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETake%20a%20slice%20of%20your%20bread,%20spoon%20on%20as%20much%20or%20as%20little%20of%20the%20berries/cheese%20mixture%20as%20you%20like.%20Place%20another%20slice%20of%20bread%20on%20top.%20Carefully,%20dip%20the%20bread%20into%20the%20egg%20mixture.%20Make%20sure%20you%20coat%20all%20sides%20and%20allow%20the%20excess%20to%20drip%20off%20before%20placing%20in%20the%20hot%20skillet.%20Cook%20about%203-5%20minutes%20on%20each%20side.%20Checking%20to%20make%20sure%20the%20bread%20doesn't%20burn.%20I%20served%20mine%20with%20a%20sprinkle%20of%20powdered%20sugar.%20*Note:%20the%20ingredient%20picture%20shows%20honey%20but%20I%20decided%20not%20to%20use%20any.%20Just%20didn't%20want%20you%20to%20think%20you%20were%20going%20crazy.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
