Ingredientes

  • 4 cups rhubarb (about 5 to 6 large stalks) trimmed, sliced into scant 1/2-inch pieces
  • 4 cups strawberries (about 2 lbs.) stems removed, sliced/quartered
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup Minute Tapioca
  • 1Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon corn starch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 9-inch pie pan (do not use a deep dish pie pan)
