Ingredientes
- 4 cups rhubarb (about 5 to 6 large stalks) trimmed, sliced into scant 1/2-inch pieces
- 4 cups strawberries (about 2 lbs.) stems removed, sliced/quartered
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup Minute Tapioca
- 1Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon corn starch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 9-inch pie pan (do not use a deep dish pie pan)
