Receta Stuffed Baked Apples

Ingredientes
- 25 (8-10 oz, each) large apples, preferably Golden Delicious*
- 1 lb raisins
- 4 oz margarine
- cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup vanilla flavored low fat yogurt

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cut apples in half lengthwise.
- Remove core and stem.
- Do not peel.
- Cut a small slice from the outside of each apple so they lie flat.
- Arrange skin side down on baking trays.
- Fill each cavity with 2 teaspoons of raisins and 1/2 teaspoon of margarine.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Fill pans with 1/4 inch water.
- Cover pans tightly with foil.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until apples are tender when pierced with a fork (but not mushy).
- Serve warm or chilled, topped with a rounded teaspoon of vanilla yogurt.
