Stuffed Mushroom Appetizer

Ingredientes

  • 1 can B&B mushroom buttons
  • 2 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. chives, frzn
  • 1/2 tube anchovy paste
  • 3 slices bread in pcs
  • 1 T minced parsley
  • Salt & pepper
  • Dash garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 T Romano cheese

Direcciones

  1. Remove stems from mushrooms and chop. Drain juice from mushrooms and pour over bread pcs. Heat extra virgin olive oil. Add in chives, mushroom pcs and garlic pwdr. Saute on low fire till soft. Add in soaked bread, anchovy paste and parsley. Mix well. Then add in remaining ingredients, remove from heat. Stuff mushrooms and bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
