Ingredientes

  • 1 lb large fresh mushrooms
  • 3 x green onions, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 pkt cream cheese, (8 ounce.)
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green chilies
  • 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  •     pimento strips, for garnish
  • 6 slc bacon, crumbled
  • 10 x black olives, minced
  • 1/2 tsp oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tsp sweet basil leaves
  •     fresh parsley, for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Wash mushrooms; remove stems by twisting. Arrange mushrooms stem side up in 9x13-inch glass baking-dish; set aside. Chop stems fine. Place stems, onions and butter in medium bowl. Microwave 3 min on "roast" or possibly till onions are tender. Stir in lowfat sour cream; add in cream cheese. Microwave 2 1/2 min on "roast" or possibly till cream cheese is softened; stir well.
  2. Divide mix in half. Stir ingredients from each variation into each half of the mix. Fill mushroom caps with the cream cheese mix.
  3. Microwave 5-6 min on 'roast" or possibly till warm.
