- 1 big pumpkin
- 500g minced pork meat
- 150 ml oil
- 1 onion
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 2 tomatoes
- 200 ml tomato paste
- 100g feta cheese
Direcciones
- 1.Cut the lid of the pumpkin .
- 2.Pull out the seeds and,dry a little with some paper napkins.
- 3.In a pan,stew the chopped onion,garlic and tomatoes without seeds and peel.
- 4.Add meat,and,fry till is a little ruddy,then,add tomato paste,and,boil till is thick.
- 5.Add salt and black pepper,on your taste.
- 6.Heat the oven.
- 7.Stuff the pumpkin with meat and,put above the feta cubes.
- 8.Bake till the pumpkin is brown.
