  1. 1.Heat the oven.Wash well potatoes and insert them in the oven for 60 minutes.
  2. 2.Peel the onion and garlic,and chop them.Peel and chop,also tomatoes.
  3. 3.Stew onion in oil.add garlic,parsley and tomatoes and stew another 5 minutes.Add tomato paste.
  4. 4.Take out potatoes,cut them in half and pull out 1,5 cm from the interior.
  5. 5.Press the potato middle and add it on the tomatoes.Put the horseradish,capers,salted cheese and egg.Put spices.
  6. 6.Stuff the potatoes with this mix and lay them on a smeared tray.Bake for 15 minutes.
