Receta Stuffed Zucchini
The only way to eat veggies is filled with bacon and covered in cheese.
Ingredientes
- 4 zucchini
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 strips bacon, cut into chunks
- 1 c shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Cut the zucchini in half length wise and scrape the insides into a bowl
- Cook the bacon bits.
- Add the onions and cook until tender.
- Add in zucchini innards.
- Stir in tomato.
- Take the mixture and fill the zucchini halves.
- Cover in cheese.
- Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.
- Broil for about 3 minutes to brown and bubble the cheese.
