Receta Sue's Strawberry "Shortcake"

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt White cake (I like Betty Crocker)
- 1 pkt Instant vanilla pudding
- 1 ct (large) Cold Whip
- 1 pt Fresh strawberries
- 1 pkt Strawberry glaze

- Prepare cake acording to package and bake in 2 round (9") pans, allow to cold. While cake is cooking slice up the strawberries and prepare about half of the glaze. Prepare pudding according to package. Spread pudding in a thick layer over the top of one of the cakes. Cover pudding with some of the strawberries, and then brush strawberries with glaze. Layer the other cake over the first one. Spread cold whip all over the cake and put the rest of the strawberries in the glaze, then arrange strawberries one by one over the top of cake. Pipe some cold whip around the top edge of the cake with a cake decoator. Which's it, enjoy, it's very fresh and very summery but make sure to arrange the strawberries one by one by hand otherwise you'll have glaze running all over! Sue
