Ingredientes

  • 4 tsp brown sugar substitute
  • 2/3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 4 c. apples, sliced
  • 2 c. cranberries, minced
  • 2 tsp margarine
  • 1 pkt aluminum foil
  • 1/2 c. NESTLE(r) CARNATION(r) Evaporated Lowfat milk
  • 1 x unbaked pie shell
  • 1 x pie shell dough

Direcciones

  1. Combine brown sugar substitute, flour, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add in sliced apples and minced cranberries; toss to coat.
  2. Pour into a 9" unbaked pie shell. Cover with a pie shell dough, flute the edges, and cut steam vents in the top. Dot the top with margarine.
  3. Cover the edges with aluminum foil and bake at 400 degrees for 15 min.
  4. Reduce the heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 50 min. Remove from the oven and re-cut the vents. Pour evaporated lowfat milk through the vents. Bake 5 min more.
