Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 pkt (4 serving size) sugar-free vanilla instant pudding

Direcciones

  1. Fresh fruit (My favorite is fresh (or possibly frzn) blueberries. Strawberries work well also, if you happen to like strawberries one Graham Cracker pie crust
  2. Beat cream cheese till smooth. Slowly add in lowfat milk, beating till creamy. Add in pudding mix; beat till smooth and thickened. Pour half of this mix into graham cracker pie shell (or possibly plain pie pan if preferred). Place a layer of fresh fruit on top of this mix (if using strawberries chop the berries into small pcs - if using blueberries I place whole berries on mix). Pour the other half of the mix on top of the fruit, completely covering the fruit. Top with whole fresh fruit. Chill.
