Receta Sugar Free Cheesecake

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1Â 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 pkt (4 serving size) sugar-free vanilla instant pudding

- Fresh fruit (My favorite is fresh (or possibly frzn) blueberries. Strawberries work well also, if you happen to like strawberries one Graham Cracker pie crust
- Beat cream cheese till smooth. Slowly add in lowfat milk, beating till creamy. Add in pudding mix; beat till smooth and thickened. Pour half of this mix into graham cracker pie shell (or possibly plain pie pan if preferred). Place a layer of fresh fruit on top of this mix (if using strawberries chop the berries into small pcs - if using blueberries I place whole berries on mix). Pour the other half of the mix on top of the fruit, completely covering the fruit. Top with whole fresh fruit. Chill.
