- 1–2 drops pure peppermint oil
- 1/2 teaspoon beetroot juice
- 1–1 1/2 cup = 240 ml–360 ml (+ 1/4 cup = 60 ml for dipping) powdered ZSweet OR powdered erythritol OR powdered xylitol
- (Optional: dark chocolate for coating)
