Receta Summer fruit and Yogurt Popsicles
Ingredientes
- Low fat Yogurt - 1cup (I used 2% Greek Yogurt)
- Fruit of Choice - 1cup (mango, strawberry, pitted cherries, other berries are all good options)
- Vanilla extract - 1tsp
- Light corn syrup - 2tbsp
- Fresh Lemon juice - 1½tsp
- Sweetener of choice (agave, honey etc) - as needed (optional)
