Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 lb Pork butt
  • 1 1/2 lb Beef chuck
  • 1 Tbsp. Kosher (coarse) salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Black pepper
  • 4 tsp Tender Quick
  • 3 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp MSG
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 5 ounce Water, cool

Direcciones

  1. This is made with a mix of beef and pork.
  2. Combine all the spices and the water.
  3. Mix this thoroughly into the meats. Cold for 4-5 hrs.
  4. Shape this into 3 logs.
  5. Follow directions for cooking without casings.
